For clubs and schools that ran on MyFBO

Your old scheduler shut down. Here is what moving looks like.

MyFBO shut down on August 31, 2026, after more than 25 years.[1][2] If your club has been on a spreadsheet or a stopgap since, this page says plainly what moving to Taxiway Bravo involves, what we can do for you today, and what we cannot do yet.

Last checked . Every fact about another company links to the page we read it on, with the date we read it.

What happened, with dates

  • : the shutdown date given in the migration guides other vendors published.[1][2] We have not seen a notice from MyFBO itself.
  • Before then, administrators could download a database backup, a file ending in .bak. One guide warned that anything not pulled out by the shutdown date would be gone.[1]
  • : myfbo.com redirects to campaviate.aero.[3]

What we can bring across today

Send us your export and we set up your aircraft and members with you.

There is no automatic MyFBO importer, and we will not pretend there is. Send whatever you saved: the .bak backup, spreadsheets of members and aircraft, Hobbs and tach readings, even printouts. A person reads it and sets up your fleet and member list with you, then your members get an invitation. Joining is free for them.

We have not loaded a MyFBO backup file before. We will open yours first and tell you exactly what came through before we promise you a date.

Each pilot can also bring their own logbook in from ForeFlight, LogTen or a spreadsheet, without waiting for us.

What moving looks like

  1. Create your club. It is free with one aircraft, so you can look around before you pay anything.
  2. Email us your export. We set up the aircraft and the member list with you.
  3. Members accept their invitations and book. A double booking of an aircraft is refused by the database itself.
  4. Check-out and check-in write the logbook entry and the charge. A grounded airplane cannot be checked out.

Your data leaves when you want it to

A scheduler you cannot get your records out of is the reason this page exists. Everything you put in comes back out, on every plan, free included.

Logbooks
Each pilot exports theirs whenever they like, as a ForeFlight CSV, plain text or a PDF.
The club's books
Any month downloads as a transaction journal your bookkeeper can import.
Accounts
Everyone can download what we hold about them as one file, and delete their account themselves.
The plan
Cancel from Billing whenever you choose. No notice period, no call, access to the end of the period you paid for.

What a booking checks here

Besides the time slot, each booking is checked against the airplane: its own weighing, its handbook's envelope and its baggage placard. When the load does not fit, the booking is refused with the reason and the fix, instead of a green check. Try it: tap 2 rear passengers on this 1967 172H.
