Free for owners. One flat price for clubs.

Run your own airplane free. A club pays one price for the organization, not per aircraft, and invites as many members as it has. Joining an organization is always free.

What members pay to pay you

The club always nets the full rental. Any payment fee is added on its own line for the member who chooses that way to pay. Every example below is one $150 rental hour.

$8.66 on $150

Our 2.5% platform fee plus Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ card processing. It is how the plans stay flat.

Offline payments and prepaid block hours carry nothing extra. Joining an organization is free for every member.

What would your fleet cost?

Software plus payment fees for one month, for the club and its members together, next to the tools you are likely comparing. Our own fees are in the same table, at the rates we actually charge.

At 4 aircraft Taxiway Bravo is on Pro at $49 a month, the same price at any fleet size the plan holds. By card, members add $173 in fees across about 20 payments, and the club nets every dollar of the rental.

Assumes payments of about $150 each, one rental hour. Plan and fee rows are monthly and rounded to the dollar. Where a vendor does not publish its payment rate we use Stripe's standard rate and mark the row. Onboarding fees and add-ons are left out and noted where a vendor lists them.

Common questions

Is Taxiway Bravo free for aircraft owners?

Yes. An owner organization with one aircraft is free, with unlimited partners: scheduling, check-out and check-in, maintenance tracking, the digitized handbook, and cost-sharing by Hobbs or Tach. You only pay for a plan when the organization runs more than one aircraft.

Is Taxiway Bravo free for pilots?

Yes. The Pilot plan is free: browse the POH library, subscribe to a handbook, build and download one of your own aircraft with an editable manual and weight and balance, keep a personal logbook, and get one AI POH digitization each month. Joining a club or school is always free.

Why a flat price instead of per aircraft?

A club that adds an airplane should not get a bigger software bill for it. Starter covers up to three aircraft and Pro covers any fleet at one price. The fleet-cost calculator on this page shows where that lands against per-aircraft pricing, with every outside figure sourced and dated.

Who pays the card fee?

The member who pays by card. The club always nets the full rental. The fee is our platform fee plus Stripe's card processing, shown on its own line before anyone pays. Cash, check and prepaid block hours carry no fee.

Can members pay by bank instead of card?

Bank payment (ACH) is coming soon. It passes Stripe's bank debit cost straight through, 0.8% capped at $5, with no platform fee on top, so a $150 rental costs the member $1.21 in fees.

Is the digitized POH an approved flight manual?

No. Every digitized handbook and calculator in Taxiway Bravo is reference only, not an FAA-approved Aircraft Flight Manual. Always verify against your aircraft's approved AFM or POH. The disclaimer stays visible on every handbook surface and export, and the AI copilot cites the source value and never invents a limit.

Can I switch or cancel a plan later?

Any time. Change or cancel from your organization's Billing page. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and your data stays exportable.

Can I export my data, and does it work with ForeFlight?

Yes. Your logbook imports and exports in ForeFlight's CSV format, plus .txt and PDF, and each aircraft's POH can be bundled for offline use. Exports are a right, not a paywall: every export is on the free plan.
